| Sandra Morgan Little operates as Petitioner's attorney
in family court with an undisclosed conflict of interest with the
Guardian ad Litem, and refuses to report it even after it is pointed
out to her. Instead, she attempts to strike from the record every
mention of it on the record by Respondent. Ms. Little has been father
Petitioner's counsel in case DR 95-2675 since June 2002. From the
start of the case, she demanded a Guardian ad Litem, and suggested
to Judge Deborah Davis-Walker that attorney Frank Spring would make
a "wonderful Guardian". Frank was subsequently appointed
the Guardian, and together both Sandra Morgan Little and Frank Spring
demanded that the case go to full trial, even after the custody evaluator
returned an initial parenting plan making no changes in the primary
parent and only standard, age-appropriate changes in visitation. This
seemed odd to the mother, almost like the two were working together.
In fact, after many hearings Frank Spring could be seen shaking Petitioner
father's hand and congratulating him when he won. Two motions were
filed in the case and ample evidence was presented at trial documenting
Frank Spring's bias against the mother Respondent and in favor of
the father Petitioner. Over a year later, Respondent discovered from
Bernalillo County real estate records that Frank Spring is real estate
