Lynda Latta, Attorney and Guardian ad Litem

  • Prominent family law attorney and court-appointed Guardian ad Litem (GAL) Lynda Latta shows her real motives in the accompanying mp3 digital recording. Although the Court has charged her with the best interest of the child, she rejects the child's best interest in lieu of her own interests, demanding up-front payment of thousands from this concerned father. It's all about the money!! This is not an isolated incident in the GAL world - our members see it all the time. It is incidents like this that make it clear that GALs should not have immunity of any kind. Lynda Latta should be sued for her behavior, particularly if her inattention to the child's needs while pressuring the father for money is detrimental to the child in any way. Even if a child were not involved, Lynda Latta's tactics look just like those of mafia kingpens in the days of old.
