Persons of Concern
CFJ is in a unique position with more than 100 members to learn much about the actions of individuals in the court system and associated cottage industry. This section of our web site is intended to highlight what we consider to be the worst offenders. For each person we highlight, you will see the steps that have been taken to try to bring the problems to light with state authorities. Sadly, little to no action has been taken by such authorities over the last decade. Perhaps a little more public light on the subject will help! If you see a name in this section and a claim regarding the person's activities, you can be sure that we have documented evidence to support our statements. In many cases we will include it herein. Since this page will be in a constant state of update, do not assume if an individual is not listed here that we have not been alerted to wrongdoing or problems with their actions. For answers to specific questions, we suggest that you join and attend one of our Pro Se sessions.
