Membership

Membership is open to the general public, subject to eligibility requirements. CFJ has established eligibility requirements in order to avoid conflict of interest situations. CFJ is a cooperative organization. Members volunteer a minimum of two hours per month to assist CFJ in it's many educational and outreach activities. There are three methods for joining CFJ:

  1. Call CFJ at (505) 319-3486 and we will mail you a membership application.
  2. Attend our next meeting and join at that time. Our next monthly meeting is announced at the top of this page.
  3. Download the appropriate membership application form (below) to your computer, fill it out, and return it to us (with a check for membership and/or donation) at P. O. Box 21996, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87154.
  4. Become a member online. All members (new or continuing) must sign a membership form to complete your transaction, Download Full Membership Application Form in MS Word; or full membership application form in PDF. Please bring this signed original form with you to a CFJ meeting or mail it to P. O. Box 21996, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87154.
Full Membership
Full members do not have conflict of interest issues. They may be current or past litigants in Family Court, but they do not otherwise benefit, directly or indirectly, from Family Court operations.

Associate Membership

Associate members are active as non-litigants in the Family Court system. CFJ welcomes and encourages your participation, but it cannot accept your donations or allow you to vote.
