Writ of Mandamus

At the May 2006 monthly meeting our guest speaker, Bill O'Connell, gave a brief tutorial on Amendment 14 to the US Constitution and related topics of due process (See also a Wikipedia discussion on due process).

The purpose of the writ of mandamus is to file complaints about violations of due process, administrative jurisdiction, and the violations of law associated with State officials appointing GALs who then must be paid by parties. It is a living document and may change over time to improve. For more information about the Writ of Mandamus call CFJ at (505) 319-3486.
