Retribution Against CFJ Research Director and Board Member Bill O'Connell
Judge Anne Kass blazed the trail by making false accusations in a ploy to gain both public sympathy and secret retribution against a litigant (current CFJ Board Member, Bill O'Connell) exposing her unlawful actions. She was foiled because law enforcement eventually noticed that the Albuquerque Journal put out the articles in their printing presses many hours before the police report was even filed and that only members of the court cottage industry supported her claims.
