Retribution

What happens when a coalition with ulterior motives operates all three branches of government in a state? There is no more separation of powers as guaranteed by the US Constitution. There is no more protection of due process or the rules of evidence in the court room. There is no more rule of law as established by our founding fathers. In essence, there is no more democracy. The environment devolves into anarchy and fascism. What, then, occurs when persons under this kind of rule cry out against the oppression? You will find a very dark picture below among these recent occurrences in New Mexico. In fact, you will wonder how it could even be possible in the United States in this modern age.

Note from the Center for Family Justice Board: Recently CFJ has cooperated with government agencies, both domestic and international, providing specific information regarding the human trafficking network and the organizations operating the network. As a result, the ongoing retribution described in this section of our site is rapidly escalating. For example, in a single day (1/28/08), the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Department sent three cars and multiple officers to accost CFJ President Leslie Cumiford in her neighborhood and an Albuquerque Police Department car and officer waited outside the home of CFJ Board Member Bill O'Connell for approximately three hours. It feels more like the Third Reich than the USA.

Four stories about retribution:
Against CFJ Research Director and Board member Bill O'Connell

Against a CFJ member that was set up as if he were a federal criminal

Against CFJ President and Board member Leslie Cumiford

Against CFJ member Rick Hermann
